We
are fortunate to have two farms. At one time we had
horses at both locations but now we only have the horses in Wisconsin. Our
main farm is in Lake Geneva,
Wisconsin and our second farm is in
Mt. Dora, Florida.
Can you think of two better locations? We keep the farm in
Florida
in case we decide to move some of our horses there.
Our
Wisconsin farm has 420 acres. The horse barn has 16 stalls, a
large hay loft and an equipment area. There are nine pastures for horses
and lots of crop farming acres. A farm wouldn't be complete without a
beautiful wooded area for riding and we have that. A creek runs through our
farm and we often see wildlife like deer, fox, coyotes, geese,
Sandhill cranes, ducks, pheasants and eagles.
We think it is a very special farm.
Our
Florida
farm has 20 acres, 15 stall barn, eight pastures, and a five acre lake with
lots of bass.
Both
farms are equipped with closed circuit TVs for foaling. At present we only
foal at our Wisconsin farm.
